GEORGIOU KONSTANTINA

Konstantina Georgiou works as Adjunct Faculty at Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Her post-doctoral research focuses on the use of gamification in employee selection. She teaches human resources management and organisational behavior at the undergraduate, postgraduate and executive training level at AUEB, Open Hellenic University, and University of Liverpool online, while she has significant experience conducting seminars in career counseling and job seeking. She has worked as at the HR Department of Beiersdorf Hellas and on various research projects in the field of employee selection. She holds PhD in Organisational Behavior, MSc in Human Resources Management and BSc in Business Administration from AUEB. She has published her work in international peer-reviewed academic journals (e.g., International Journal of Selection and Assessment, Journal of Career Development, etc.) while her research has appeared in major scientific conferences (e.g. Academy of Management, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, etc.). Her research interests focus on employability, employee recruitment and selection, and gamification.
