INVOICE CONTROLLER | AVIS

As an Invoice Controller you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties regarding suppliers’ invoices

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication with suppliers for the timely issuance and delivery of invoices
Monitoring and controlling the agreed discounts and price lists on the suppliers' invoices
Monitoring and controlling of the necessary approvals of expenses on the suppliers' invoices
The characterization of invoices with cost centers according to company's procedures
Register of suppliers' invoices into the ERP and forwarding them to the accounting department

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree will be considered as an asset
0-1 years of working experience
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written), any other language will be considered an asset
Excellent command of MS-Office applications
Organizational & time management skills
