HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE | DENTSU
Dentsu Greece, part of dentsu International is currently in search for a HR Associate. The role holder will support the entire employee lifecycle and will maintain a strong relationship with the business by servicing as a primary source of People team knowledge and providing excellent service-based support.
MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and administer all employee lifecycle activities in line with both statutory requirements and company processes. These activities include but are not limited to hirings, exits, absences, benefits, time and attendance schedules
- Bring to life our early career recruitment strategy
- Provide support in on-boarding and learning/training initiatives
- Participate in various HR projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in Business administration, Accounting or in relevant fields. A master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered a plus
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent use of English language, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills & outstanding communication
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
