WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are currently looking for a confident and passionate Business Admin to join our Operations team at Pronet premises. This is a central and highly visible role reporting to the Operations Manager. You will be working hand in hand, coordinating, and actively cooperating with diverse stakeholders within and outside the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Composing offers and contracts for clients and monitoring their status, and drafting other documents containing specialized terminology and directing it to the customers,
A customer facing role, receiving incoming calls, guiding customers, and redirecting to the proper support team,
Supporting the Service Delivery Office regarding the preparation and compilation of various business documents,
Business and back-office tasks (Reporting, Office tasks, Project analysis, Ticketing system, renewals, license management),
Monitoring Sales activities regarding the CRM and resources (cloud reporting & billing).

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

Excellent communication skills, oral & written, in both Greek and English language - German will be considered an asset,
MS Office – excellent Excel knowledge,
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical education,
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Operations/Business Administration field,
Good at juggling multiple tasks daily and prioritizing appropriately,
Attention to detail,
Familiarity with technology would be considered an asset,
Master’s degree in a relevant field would be considered an asset.
